Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of UnblockingAPI.
By creating an account, using an API key, accessing the dashboard or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using UnblockingAPI on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. The service
UnblockingAPI provides developer infrastructure for fetching public web pages through an API.
The service may include real browser rendering, routing, retries, response metadata, usage logs, dashboard access, API keys and related tools.
UnblockingAPI is not a guarantee that any specific website, target, page or data source will be accessible or suitable for your use.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use UnblockingAPI.
You must ensure that your use complies with:
- applicable laws and regulations
- website terms and third-party rights
- data protection and privacy laws
- intellectual property laws
- our Acceptable Use Policy
- these Terms
You are responsible for determining whether you have the right to access, collect, store, process, use or share any data fetched through UnblockingAPI.
3. Public web data
UnblockingAPI is built for public web data.
You may not use the service for unauthorized access, private or logged-in content without permission, personal data harvesting, spam, fraud, malware, abusive traffic or any prohibited use described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for your account, API keys and credentials.
You must:
- provide accurate account information
- keep your credentials secure
- not share API keys publicly
- notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
- ensure all users under your account follow these Terms
We may suspend or rotate API keys if we believe they are compromised, misused or involved in abuse.
5. Plans, limits and fair use
UnblockingAPI plans may be based on concurrency, hourly throughput, features, support level and other usage limits.
Some plans may include unmetered monthly requests.
Unmetered means requests are not billed through a fixed monthly request quota. Plans are still limited by concurrency, hourly throughput, bandwidth fair use, abuse prevention, technical capacity and our Acceptable Use Policy.
We may apply rate limits, throttling, target restrictions, verification requirements or custom limits to protect the service, prevent abuse or maintain reliability.
6. Trials
We may offer free trials or limited test access.
Trials are provided for evaluation only and may include limits on requests, concurrency, targets, features or duration.
We may modify, limit, suspend or end trials at any time to prevent abuse or protect the service.
7. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at the time of purchase or as agreed in a separate order form.
If you choose yearly billing, yearly plans are billed upfront.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, bank fees, currency conversion fees and other charges associated with your purchase.
8. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation
You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan according to the options available in your account or by contacting support.
"Cancel renewal anytime" means you may stop future renewal. It does not necessarily mean you will receive a refund for the current billing period.
Changes to limits, features or billing may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the plan and billing setup.
9. Enterprise and custom plans
High-volume, sensitive or unusual workloads may require account verification, custom limits, dedicated capacity, a separate agreement or additional review.
Custom plans may include different service levels, support terms, limits, usage commitments or payment terms.
10. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless expressly agreed in a separate written SLA.
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service to improve performance, security, compliance or reliability.
We may also update endpoints, parameters, response formats or features. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material breaking changes.
11. Customer data and API logs
We may process account data, billing data, support messages, API usage data and logs to provide the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual property
We own UnblockingAPI, including the software, website, dashboard, API, documentation, branding, design and related materials.
You retain any rights you have in your own data, applications and systems.
These Terms do not grant either party ownership of the other party's intellectual property.
13. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions or ideas, we may use them to improve UnblockingAPI without restriction or obligation to compensate you.
14. Third-party websites and content
UnblockingAPI may be used to fetch third-party web pages.
We do not own, control or endorse third-party websites, content or data.
You are solely responsible for your use of third-party websites and any data obtained from them.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- you violate these Terms
- you violate the Acceptable Use Policy
- your usage creates risk to us, users, third parties or infrastructure
- payment fails
- we suspect abuse, fraud or unlawful activity
- we are required to do so by law or valid legal process
You may stop using the service at any time.
16. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of results and suitability for any specific target or use case.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnblockingAPI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnblockingAPI, its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from:
- your use of the service
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of the Acceptable Use Policy

20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify users where appropriate.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
